IMPORTANT - CHANGES FROM 1 FEBRUARY 2020

PDF uploads for bond lodgements and bond refunds have been decommissioned and replaced with RTA Web Services. Property managers/agents, owners and tenants can use the RTA Web Services to lodge a bond, request a refund and update their details.

Paper forms will continue to be accepted via post.

Customers with an eServices account can still login below to lodge 100% tenant bond refunds and view their bond lists.
